Joshua Meli
Joshua Meli co-founded CH Secure to help everyday Australians build resilient, low-risk property portfolios. He brings a decade of experience across construction, commercial property and acquisitions, backed by formal qualifications in real estate, building and financial services. Josh leads the firm's research-driven approach to finding high-performing investment properties.
Elissa Wills
Elissa Wills brings a client-first approach shaped by a career spanning marketing and prestige property sales in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. As account manager, she is clients' day-to-day point of contact, guiding each purchase from strategy through to settlement. Along the way she has played a hands-on role in some of the firm's top-performing acquisitions.
Kalen Bennett
Kalen Bennett began his real estate career with Blackshaw Manuka in Canberra, where he was named the network's Rising Star in 2022. He then stepped into Sydney's prestige market with Ray White TRG, working alongside Oliver Lavers, one of Australia's top-ranked sales agents. As property strategist, Kalen combines that sales pedigree with research-driven market analysis to help clients pinpoint and secure high-performing investments.
