Simon Cohen is founder and director of Australia’s largest residential property buyer’s agency, Cohen Handler. He founded the business in 2009, and he has since grown it into Australia’s leading property buyer’s agency with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide and Perth. As of 2023 the firm has assisted clients purchase more than $7 billion worth of property. The firm has also expanded to include Costi Cohen, Australia’s first commercial property buyer’s agency, and Cohen Farquharson, an executive leasing and property management firm.

Simon started his career as a real estate agent with Ray White Double Bay, and was consistently ranked as one of the top five sales agents in the office, and ultimately became one of the agency’s “Top 3%” of agents Australia-wide.
