Joshua Meli is the co-founder of CH Secure. His career began in the construction industry before progressing into commercial property investment and, later, residential acquisitions. With formal qualifications in real estate, building and construction, and mortgage and financial services, Josh is able to assess not just individual purchases, but how each decision fits within a broader portfolio and funding structure.
