It's a phone call. We'll ring you at the time you book.
From there it's a friendly chat. We'll ask about your position (savings, borrowing capacity, goals), share whether we think there's a fit, and answer any questions you have.
No pitch. No pressure. If we're not the right team for you, we'll tell you on the call.
How much money do I need to get started?
Most clients have around $80K+ in savings, $150K+ in accessible home equity, an SMSF balance that supports an outright residential purchase (typically $500K+ since LRBAs closed to new residential purchases on 10 August 2026), or a guarantor loan option available (which can start you from as little as $30K in savings).
If you're below that, the call still tells you what's possible and what's worth working towards. Better to know now than another 12 months from now.
Do I have to live in Sydney to work with you?
No. We work with clients across Australia. We're geography-agnostic on where you live and on where your investment goes.
We pick markets based on what the data is telling us, not where the closest agent happens to be.
How long does it take to purchase an investment?
Typical timeline is 8 to 12 weeks from brief signed to investment property under contract. Some clients are faster. Some take longer.
We don't rush you into the wrong property to hit a timeline. The market and the data tell us when.
What if I'm not ready to buy yet?
We work with people at every stage. If you're ready to buy now and the right investment is found, we move on it — some clients have property under contract within weeks of the first call.
If your timeline is 3 to 12 months out, that's fine too. We'll get the brief clear, keep an eye on the market, and pull the trigger when the right one lands.
